It all began with a simple idea: to build a lasting sanctuary for digital cinema, campaign films, content creation, marketing, and digital strategy. We wanted to create an agency that could offer a steady hand and be a guiding light for clients navigating through turbulent times.
With over a decade of experience at the heart of Westminster and local government politics, Robert and Lewis bring a combined 20+ years of expertise in delivering impactful local and national campaigns.
They’ve also proudly founded fringe organisations focused on environmental sustainability, ocean conservation, and mental health support.
Having thrived in high-pressure environments that could rival even the fiercest storms, they’ve worked side-by-side with influential figures like The Rt Hon Penny Mordaunt and Dame Caroline Dinenage DBE, along with former Prime Ministers, business leaders, and colleagues in the charitable sector.

The Solent, with its wild mix of storm-grey, turquoise, and Prussian blue waters, holds a unique place in the heart of Team StormGlide. Our metaphorical tower, a fortress of sanctuary was inspired by the place where we grew up. And in part, the places that have shaped us. We’ve seen firsthand how art is brought to life, like the way natural light streams through the multi-coloured stained glass windows of the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. These influences shape the way we approach everything we do, creating something beautiful and lasting from the world and influences around us.
